International Charity

Suzanne from the inner potential was engaged to work with the CEO of an established international charity to introduce from scratch and establish a people development strategy, people processes and effective leadership. This work was part of a major change programme for the charity, conducted over a period of two years.

Suzanne was central to the analysis of team and individual competence, understanding how to address gaps, weaknesses, points for support and a proper strategy for organisational development and business growth, based upon the sound foundation of a well-supported team. 

Part of this work was devising and implementing learning and development plans, recruitment processes and behavioural competencies. She also engaged with the CEO, the senior management team and more junior individuals as a coach and mentor (for many managers, this was their first experience of training, or formal responsibility). Her work has provided crucial support for many of the team, some of whom found the rapid transformation of the charity a major challenge. 

Howard Jones, as CEO of the charity, commented on the outcomes of the programme:
