My consulting and mentoring work is about giving clients an external, independent perspective on issues they face and working in partnership with them to help them deliver tangible business results.

I advise businesses on how to achieve productivity and performance, by making the most of the people they employ. I use my proven consulting and coaching model: • explore • discover • achieve • to analyse how well employee engagement and people management / development are working, find out what needs to happen to improve performance and drive the actions needed by your business or by an individual to move forward.
