about me

My role as an executive coach, employee engagement consultant and management mentor is founded in over 30 years’ experience in business, leadership and talent development. Using proven methods and drawing on expertise as a CEO, L&D specialist and people manager, I can help your business and people move forward.

Who am I? My love of helping people and businesses to develop and change – and my desire to make a difference – are some of the reasons I set up my own company, The Inner Potential. I believe there’s always a way that a person or business desiring change can move forward to reach their goals. I work on a confidential basis with all my clients.
